Blue Beetle is a core group of fifteen people, with other people brought in as and when required.
We’re not going to spend ages banging on about how great we all are … that’s something that is much better for you to decide … but just so as you know …
…without going all corporate on you, we keep Blue Beetle as “flat” as possible. As far as I can see, that means that when you need to speak to someone, you can, without going through layers of account executives, sales teams or various odd departments trying to put you through to the right person.
So we don’t have a sales team, cold calling or mailshots to talk to people. When we present to new clients, the same people who present, are the same people who write and rehearse the material and the same people who deliver the training itself.
And though this might mean we’re not always as “super-slick” as we would like to be, it does mean that all of our efforts, developments and skills go to where we hope you will agree they should go … delivering your training, sessions and conferences.
